Rent Receipts and Reminders

For landlords and property managers

Receipts written, sent and tracked, for landlords who were doing it by hand. One place for the whole cycle, from the receipt to the reminder that the rent is due.

It runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, with nothing to install. Make a receipt, download the PDF in English or Spanish, send it over WhatsApp, and the records keep themselves.

A notebook does not survive a flood, or an argument about who paid what. This does.

Your records

Once you sign in, your receipts and tenant records are copied to a server, so they are not only on your phone, and a copy is taken every night. The app keeps working when the connection drops and catches up when it returns, and you can download a full backup of your records at any time, even after a trial ends.

Point of sale for shops, salons and bars

A till that runs in the browser on the phone or tablet you already own. No hardware to buy, nothing to install. Ring up a sale, track what is on the shelf, run the customer credit book, and close the day with real numbers.

Every sale is written to the device first and synced afterwards, so the shop keeps selling through an outage and the records catch up when the connection returns. Most point of sale software stops dead at exactly that moment.

Setting up is usually where a shop gives up, so the price list you already keep in a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp message can be pasted straight in. That is free on every plan, including the trial.

The US$10 plan is the till, the stock and the daily numbers. Customer credit, the full set of reports and more than one employee sit on the plans above it.

Your records

Sales are written to the device first, so the till never waits on the internet. Once the shop signs in, they are copied to a server within seconds and a copy is taken every night, so a lost or broken phone does not take the records with it. The shop owner can export everything from Settings at any time.

Price

Free for 14 days with no card, then US$10, US$20 or US$35 a month depending on how much of it you need. Annual is two months cheaper.
