How it is built
Each program starts as a set of written rules, such as who may change a delivery or which figures must agree at the end of the day. We write tests from those rules, and nothing goes live until every test passes.

- The screens your team works in all day, with orders, jobs, stock, customers and reports kept together in one place.

- Your customers can book, order, check their account and get receipts on their own phones, from the same records your staff see.
- Products you sell
- Software you run and charge other people to use, complete with sign-up, subscriptions and billing.
- Roles and history
- Each person sees and changes only what their job allows, and the rule is enforced where the records are stored, so there is no way round it. Every change records who made it, when, and what it replaced.
- Works offline
- Every change is saved on the device first and sent to the server when the connection comes back, so a lost signal never costs you a sale.
- Connected
- It passes information to and from the accounting software, spreadsheets and email you already use, so nobody types the same thing twice.

- Quoted once we have talked it through, before anything is built. Larger builds are split into stages, and each stage is paid for when it is delivered.
- Records
- Kept on a server and backed up every day, and you can download a copy yourself at any time.
- Ownership
- The source code, the accounts and the records are yours, and the system keeps working without us if you ever choose to go elsewhere.
