Custom software
We begin by working out with you how the business runs, including who is allowed to change what and what must never happen. Then we build the system around it.
Assistants
Much of what a business knows is already written down, in manuals, policies, price lists and years of emails. We build assistants that work from all of it. They reply in plain language at any hour and show where each answer came from, and when your documents do not cover a question, they say so.
Automation
Software can now read what arrives in a business, from bank statements to photos of handwritten notes, and see a job through to the end. We plan first for the cases that do not fit, such as a payment that does not match or a smudged scan.
Excel and reporting
Most of the numbers a business decides by live in spreadsheets, and most of those spreadsheets were never planned. They grew one tab at a time. We build them the way software is built, with a clear layout, consistent formulas, checks that prove the sums and notes that explain them, so the figures can be trusted and someone new can pick up the file safely.
