Particulars reads a contract, such as a lease, a supplier agreement or an employment contract, and lists every deadline, payment, notice period and obligation in one table, showing who owes what to whom. A deadline written as a period, such as six months before the lease ends, is calculated from the dates in the contract, and the working is shown.
The contract is read and then discarded, never stored, and a spending limit caps what the free readings can cost each day and each month.
